Once approved, assets carry organisation-scoped identity, location, condition, evidence and outcome fields.
Draft or rejected detections do not enter approved totals. Archive and restore protect history; hard delete is refused while references remain.
RFID and QR tagging attach to approved assets for physical verification — duplicate tags are rejected under tenant isolation.
